Your mission

You take end-to-end ownership of one of our core products and actively shape the next generation of software for architecture and engineering firms.

This is about more than moving existing products to the cloud. Together with Engineering, you will develop them into AI-native products where AI fundamentally reshapes core workflows and where both people and AI agents can interact with our products.
You own your product from problem definition and discovery through business case and roadmap to release and measurable outcomes – without a separate Product Owner layer between you and the Engineering team.

Own your product end to end – from problem definition, discovery, and business case through roadmap and backlog to release and measurable outcomes.
Transform existing workflows into AI-native product experiences, using the capabilities of AI to fundamentally rethink how core processes work.
Design our products so they can be used by both people and AI agents through open interfaces.
Work directly with architects, engineers, and other users, validate problems and solutions early, and build your own prototypes using AI tools.
Own the business case and monetization of your product together with Revenue, keeping a close eye on revenue, churn, pricing, and cost to serve.
Define and measure relevant product outcomes and continuously adapt the roadmap and priorities based on customer feedback, data, and learnings.
Contribute to our group-wide Product community and share customer insights, product learnings, and AI expertise across our portfolio.

Your profile

Several years of experience in Product Management for B2B software or SaaS products with genuine end-to-end product ownership.
Proven experience shipping AI-powered product features or products to real customers.
Experience working directly and closely with Engineering teams and independently managing discovery, roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery.
Strong understanding of business cases, monetization, and product KPIs, with the ability to connect product decisions to business impact.
Strong discovery and customer orientation, combined with a willingness to prototype with modern AI tools and validate new solutions quickly.
Confident communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English (at least B2 level).
Nice to have, but not a must: Experience with AEC, architecture, construction, or planning software, as well as agentic products, APIs, or complex B2B workflows.
