As an AI-/Data-driven Product Manager (m/f/d), you take ownership of our existing controlling product while shaping the transition to its next generation. You define a clear product vision, prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business outcomes, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales and management.

AI is an integral part of your work: you use AI-powered approaches in product development and define intelligent features that take real work off our customers' hands – reliably, transparently and in compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Develop and own the product vision and roadmap for our controlling software, from the established product to its next AI-native generation.
  • Drive product development based on measurable business outcomes, prioritize initiatives according to customer and business value, and make clear decisions on product scope.
  • Analyze product usage data, performance metrics and business cases, turn insights into testable hypotheses and measure the impact of new features.
  • Lead continuous product discovery with office owners, project managers and potential customers, combining qualitative feedback with quantitative data.
  • Translate complex requirements from project controlling and fee calculation into clear product specifications and structured knowledge foundations for AI-assisted development.
  • Identify and shape AI-powered product features that support customers in controlling, planning and decision-making, ensuring privacy, transparency and regulatory compliance.
  • Align Engineering, Design, Sales, Support and management through clear product decisions, transparent priorities and a shared strategic direction.

Your profile

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in B2B software product management and have owned products or modules from discovery and launch through to measurable business outcomes.
  • You have practical knowledge of HOAI-based fee calculation, including service phases, fee zones, chargeable costs, invoicing and German e-invoicing formats such as XRechnung and ZUGFeRD.
  • You have defined product visions, owned strategic roadmaps and connected product decisions to broader business strategy.
  • You are data-driven and outcome-oriented, using product metrics, customer insights and business cases to make decisions and measure impact.
  • You already use AI tools in your daily work and are motivated to advance AI-native product development and customer-facing AI features.
  • You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and can explain complex domain requirements clearly.
  • You have C2-level German proficiency, good English communication skills and authorization to work in Germany.
